Nikki Narew
Nikki has over ten years of experience in recruitment, and prides herself on honesty. “Honesty is the fastest way to prevent a mistake from turning into a failure”. Over the years, she’s helped thousands of people find a career in transportation. Her role entails providing a thorough and accurate description of what a new hire can expect when joining the Nagle family atmosphere from lanes of travel, home time, equipment, culture, and benefits. It has allowed her to have many conversations about what’s important to someone when choosing a career path. Nikki’s focus is to ensure that the job aligns with someone’s needs and wants. Her goal in selecting a company to work for is to retire with them and she wants to provide that same service to someone else.
Nikki grew up in Toledo, OH but currently resides in southern Michigan with her husband and two step-children in a home where football season is the highlight of the year. She’s hoping for a year where Michigan wins the National Championship title and the Lions win the Superbowl!
